- Select the items you want to rent and add them to your cart.
- Submit your order request. We will get back to you to confirm your order and send your invoice.
- A 50% payment is required to reserve your items, with the remaining 50% due one week before your rental begins. This amount will be charged automatically to the card you provided when you confirm your invoice.
- Pick up your items from our warehouse on Wednesday and use them at your event!
- Clean the items after use.
- Please return them to us in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent.

We are a prop warehouse that rents small-scale decor items. Our collections have been curated with events in mind and cater to floral designers and stylists working in the event industry.

You can browse the various categories on our website to find the items you’d like to rent. Be sure to check out the subcategories for the full selection. Some items come in multiple sizes, which you can view in a drop-down menu when you click on an item.
Select the dates you want to rent, add the items you’re interested in to your cart, and then proceed to checkout. After completing this step, your rental request will be submitted. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS JUST A REQUEST. We will get back to you once your request has been reviewed and availability is confirmed.

We are currently operating on a 6-day rental period window for all items. We know most of our renters are working weekend events, so the schedule is set up to accommodate this. Please reach out to us if you need to arrange a different schedule.

You will select your pickup date when making a reservation request. Our current pickup day is Wednesday. Please email us if you need your items by a different day. Then, you can choose a time to pick up your items from our warehouse in South Salt Lake.
Please note that you have a one-hour window to retrieve your items, and a team member will be there to assist you when you pick up your order. Be aware that if you miss this pickup window, you may need to reschedule, and additional fees may apply.

If items are damaged beyond use or missing upon return, you will be charged the replacement value. This replacement value is listed in your contract and invoice sent to you once your order is approved. Please review these values before committing to rent your selected items. We have several high-value items in our inventory.
When you pick up your items, you will receive a product care sheet for each rented item. This sheet will provide important information about using each item, as well as cleaning instructions. Some items require specific care after an event to remove wax or prevent damage. -
Sorry, none of us do. We rent items out, but we do not clean them for you after your event. We want to make this inventory accessible to you! And we can’t do that at an affordable price if we have to clean them, too. If you return items in dirty condition you will automatically be charged $50/hour for the amount of time it takes for our team to clean them. This can be time-consuming and will get expensive fast, so it is best to return your items clean.

This service fee allows a team member to pull, inspect, pack, and prepare your order for you. This enables us to have staff meet you at the warehouse to pick up your order, answer any questions you may have, and help you on your way.
The fee is $50 for orders between $200 and $1,000. For orders over $1,000, your inventory prep fee will be calculated after you submit your order request and may be a higher amount based on the specifics of your order.

Our items have been used as intended at events and experience normal wear and tear. If an item has a chip, crack, or other blemish that makes it unusable, we will remove it from inventory. Some items, like our terracotta pieces, often have small chips due to this soft material. If we send them to you, we believe the item is still acceptable for use and consider these marks as adding character. We prefer that our metal items show a bit of natural patina, as they are not regularly polished. However, all items will arrive clean, functioning as designed, and presentable. It is expected that they will be returned in the same condition. If they are returned with damage that renders them unusable, you will be charged the replacement price.

We understand that events often involve last-minute changes. You can cancel items from your order up to one week before your rental period. After that point, you remain responsible for the rental costs.
